Papier D'armenie Tradition

Papier d’Arménie® is the oldest home fragrance. It features sweet, vanilla, and balsamic notes reminiscent of Oriental scents. The unique smell of the small paper comes from benzoin resin, whose disinfectant properties were discovered by Auguste Ponsot in 1885 during a trip to Armenia. He decided to bring its benefits back to France. In the past, benzoin was used externally to treat asthma, coughs, and colds, and it is still used today as a healing agent.

It perfumes your home and removes unpleasant odors from cooking, tobacco, pets, etc. Papier d’Arménie® Tradition Triple achieved great success, notably at the 1888 Hygiene Exhibition and the 1889 World Expo.

Directions for Use
Detach one strip, fold it accordion-style, place it upright on a heat-resistant surface, light it, then blow out the flame so it smolders slowly rather than burns.

Usage Tips

• Burn one strip at a time, 3 to 4 times per week
• Air out your home regularly
• Do not leave a burning strip unattended
• Keep out of reach of children
